Current Status

In May this year DCW Ltd began seeking finance from private investors and lenders to construct the windfarm. The offer document is valid until June 30, 2012 (go to the home page to download a copy).

A Power Purchase Agreement with an electricity retailer is expected to be signed in late October-early November this year.

A Development Application was lodged with the Denmark Shire on October 14.

Earthworks are expected to begin in December-January, with completion of the project due in October-November 2012.

This project is supported by the Australian Government through the Renewable Remote Power Generation Program.
The Program is implemented by the State's Office of Energy in Western Australia.
